Ozone Business Park, developed by the Horncastle Group PLC, is home to some of the best-known logistics companies in the world. DPD, DHL and TNT have chosen it as their base, and other giants such as Warburtons Bread and Timloc Building Products have built distributions centres there.  

It is a fine example of a development driving job creation and economic prosperity in the local community. 

The park is situation at Howden, less than a mile from junction 37 of the M62. It is this quality that the Horncastle Group knew would make it such a successful logistic hub. Access to the M62, M18 and the M1 could not be better. No entanglements in city centre or suburban traffic, just a short connection route to the motorway network. 

tprc. has documented much of the development of Ozone Business Park through photography and through media relations.  

We have told the story of many of the buildings on the site through images and the written word, from contracts signed, through ground breaking, construction, topping out, handing over the keys and the commencement of operations.  

We have managed all stakeholders in this process, ensuring all press materials are approved by all parties and worked with the business and property media to achieve a great deal of positive press coverage for the development and our client. 

Ozone Business Park stands as a testament to why we love working in property and with property developers. It is a game changer. The buildings that stand on it provide employment and that employment makes everyone in the area that little bit richer.  

The opportunity to play a part in those kind of stories is why we do what we do. 

Phase 1 of Ozone Business Park is now built out, but Phase 2 is now in the planning. With more big names likely to use it as their base, we’re sure it will continue bolster the local economy – and local people’s lives – for a long time to come.
